Enrollments can be made either in written form (official enrollment form) or with the electronic application form on this homepage until Thursday, March 22, 2012 at latest. Fees and day tickets can only be paid cash when collecting the start-documents in the race bureau. Unfortunately remittances by bank or post are no longer possible because of missing payment discipline and uncorrect paying-in slips in the past.

Nenngelder und Tagespässe sind ausschließlich beim Abholen der Startunterlagen bar zu bezahlen. Keine Post-, Banküberweisung oder Telebanking mehr möglich. Grund: Mangelnde Überweisungsdisziplin und teilweise keine Überweisung durch unkorrekt abgestempelte Zahlungsabschnitte.

The fees include:

  • Prizes, cups
  • shower in the elementary school of Langenlois (a map will be given to all participants)
  • 1 bottle of a local quality wine for each participant from Junior Class on
A deposit of EURO 8,-- has to be made when collecting the start documents. After the race when giving back the starting numbers this amount will be refunded.

Limit of participants:

a maximum of 500 participants is allowed to the race

Late enrollments:

All enrollments received after Friday, March 23, 2012 will be treated as "Late Enrollments" and will be accepted until one hour before the start. There´s an extra charge for these "Late Enrollments" amounting Euro 5,-- and Euro 10,-- No extra charge for "Late Enrollments" in the categories: U9, U11 and U13.

The original licence of 2012 or also a copy of it has to be shown at the distribution of the starting numbers. In case of any unclearnesses a day ticket has to be bought. All informations to the categories, the starting times, the starting fees and the racing course can be found under the corresponding items.
